Career summary

Went top of the UK rankings for juniors in 2010 after silver medals in the 200m at the Under-20 England Indoor Championships and in the 100m at the BUCS Championships. Stepped up in 2011 by winning his first senior 200m title at the UK Championships with a personal best of 20.89sec, placing him top of the senior UK rankings, second in Europe and 11th in the world – and backing his claim for a place in the Olympic squad.
