Katrina won bronze as youngest member of GB team at 2005 European Champs, aged just 15. Katrina just missed out on a 200m medal at 2006 World Champs, despite setting a then personal best of 31.12 in final.

She made her international debut at the 2005 European Championships at the age of 15 and took home bronze in the 100m. In 2008 she was 7th in the 100m final in Beijing on her Paralympic debut. In 2010 she set life-time bests over 60m, 100m and 200m and claimed the gold medal over 100m at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

She played for non-league football team Kidderminster Harriers centre of excellence prior to taking up athletics and is a supporter of Birmingham FC.
