Birchfield Harriers at the Olympics

At Birchfield Harriers we are very proud of our Olympic heritage. Many of our athletes have ‘Olympic dreams’ and are helped to achieve these. Over the years, Birchfield has had 116 athletes selected for 153 events at the Olympic Games. (86 individual athletes, some being re-selected in subsequent years.) Our athletes have won 31 Olympic medals. This is one of the reasons we claim to be the UK’s Premier Athletics Club.
