TELFORD 5 MILE ROAD RACE SUNDAY 24TH APRIL

In her first race for nearly 12mths due to a persistant knee injury, Josie Grey finished in 3rd place with a time of 31:29 feeling pretty good, lets hope this is the beginning of a lengthy spell of competition for her.
