WMYAL XC Race 2

U11

Laura Hopcroft gave another outstanding performance and finished in 6th place leaving her overall in joint 4th.

The other girls in this squad all ran well maintaining our 3rd place position.

U13

Yet another great run from Hanifa, improving by one place to 11th and leaving her overall in 11th place.

An exceptional improvement by Abby King up 11 places on her last performance.

All the others also improved taking the team up to overall 3rd place.

U15

Another fine run by Roxanne improving by 5 places leaving her overall in 15th place.

Welcome back to Claire Lambert who with the others ran well to take the team up one place to 5th overall.

U17

Solid performances and improvements by all the team, improving on average 5 places each. Holly O'meara in her first xc of the season also ran well.

Overall Sarah is 17th, Laura is 22nd and Haylee is 24th.


It was a very cold day, but the conditions were good for the day and I would like to say a big thank you to all who turned up to run.
